Q: When is support available?

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding federal holidays.

At AET, support is a priority. This is why 70% of our employees are staffed in positions directly related to servicing our clients. In fact, we had a fully-operational support department long before we had a sales force.

Q: Just how much experience do you have with physician practices like ours?

AET has been in business since 1984 servicing all our clients computer needs. Furthermore, many of our support personnel were accomplished billing and office managers for physician practices prior to being employed with AET. They bring to our support department the same expertise and commitment to excellence that made them successful in their prior careers.

Q: How quickly can I expect a response to a service call?

AETt of our support calls are immediately routed to an available customer service representative. On the occasion when a caller has to wait for an available representative, the average hold time is less than five minutes.

Q: How can I be certain that AET will resolve my support issues?

Because we genuinely care — we really do! We have a company-wide motto called AET C.A.R.E.S. (Courteous, Attentive, Responsive, Empathetic, Sincere), and we strive to meet that principle in all our dealings with clients. Furthermore, we have invested heavily in our call center’s equipment, resources, and training, to provide better and more efficient service to our clients.

AET provides both software and hardware solutions specialized for healthcare offices. We provide a complete solution designed to help the overall business maximize productivity.

Q: Can I use existing equipment to run my office?

Yes, American Elite Technologies provides systems that run on Intel-based servers and workstations. Our consulting services can help you maximize your current investment in hardware. We ensure that your equipment is compatible with the Microsoft solutions available today.

AET is certified with Novell and Microsoft, among others. AET is a Novell Gold Partner, and has been a Novell Partner since 1984. Our System Engineers and Technicians are fully certified. We have A+s, CNAs, CNEs, CCAs, MCPs and MCSEs on staff.
